Shipping Information:

We typically use UPS Ground or you can select 2nd Day Air at an additional cost. Shipping cost will be added to your order and confirmed when we veirfy your payment method.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

At the Coalition of Essential Schools, we are always eager to hear your feedback about how helpful our resources are. Please do not hesitate to contact us if, for any reason you are dissastisfied with our products or our service. We accept returns and will refund your money for any products returned within 30 days of purchase. All media products (DVDs, CDs, etc.) must be returned unopened.

Q: Can I use a purchase order from my school district to pay for my purchase?
A: Yes, we accept POs from school districts.

Q: Do you give discounts for bulk orders?
A: Yes. Please contact us if you have a large order and would like to inquire about volume discounting.

Q: I was at one of your conferences (Fall Forum or Small Schools meetings) and saw a book or video there that I'd like to get a copy of, but it isn't in your online store. Where can I get it?
